Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camps provide boys and girls – between the ages of 6 and 13 – with an action-packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games.
Cúl Camp activities are game based, with a strong emphasis placed on skill acquisition, and are organised in an age-appropriate manner with a view to optimising learning, enhancing friendships, improving physical & psychological well being and promoting school and club links.

Activities
To ensure Cúl Camp activities are age-appropriate, where numbers allow, children should be divided into 3 age sections as follows:
-
-
-
-
-
- Under 8
- Under 10
- Under 13
-
-
-
-
Coaches should continuously monitor how these sections are progressing. It may be necessary to move children because of ability and this should be done with great care and sensitivity. All camps should aim to promote Football, Hurling/Camogie but in some cases it is one or the other. A form of Rounders should also be played and where possible some children should be coached in Handball. The type of Cúl Camp being run at each venue can be found here.
