Episode one features Aidan Murray (Chairperson of Caltra GAA) and Mattie Kilroy (Central Council Delegate for Galway and member of the Club) discussing how a small rural Club, who have previously achieved All-Ireland Senior Football Club success, have strategically developed their playing and community facilities over the past 10 years through innovative community-based fundraising initiatives.

Episode two sees Paddy Flood (Chairperson of the Officer Development Committee) discuss the Rebel Bounty initiative with Kevin O'Donovan (Cork GAA), Suzanne O'Sullivan (Bishopstown) and Steven O'Brien (Blarney). They discuss how the initiative provides sustainable funding for both Clubs and the County.

Paddy Flood (Chairperson, GAA Officer Development Committee) recently hosted the third instalment of the podcast series showcasing the brilliant work being done by Club and County Officers.  This episode featured the legendary Lauri McCusker from the Belnaleck Art McMurroughs GAC Club in West Fermanagh. Lauri is Club Treasurer and Director at The Fermanagh Trust.  He shares his insights and philosophy on community development and volunteerism, which have been key to the remarkable success of the Belnaleck Club. The Club's innovative approach to involving the community and engaging volunteers has valuable lessons for all Clubs.
