This webinar "Practical Guide to Tactical Periodisation" is delivered by Shane Mangan.
Shane Mangan is a lecturer in Sports Science and Health at Technological University Dublin. He has a PhD in Sports Science where his research focused on athletic performance, tactical periodisation, and data-driven coaching. Shane has provided sport science and performance analysis support to Inter County teams across 4 codes of Gaelic games and has experience of coaching at club level in Mens and Ladies Gaelic football.
Shane will be discussing how to implement tactical periodisation on a practical level. He will discuss the importance of a game model and how to develop your own game model. Shane will go through how to integrate your game model into training with examples of training activities.
