GAA Guidance on Cardiac Health
- The GAA, through its Medical, Scientific & Welfare Committee has published an updated Cardiac Health Position Paper. This can be downloaded via the link to the right.
- The 2026 Position Paper promotes a holistic approach to cardiac health for Gaelic Games' members, to include behavioural factors and emergency readiness in addition to screening.
- In addition, the GAA Cardiac Screening Protocol Questionnaire is available to download also. This should be completed in conjunction with a suitably qualified medical professional in the context of any cardiac screening.
