One Punch Can Kill / Use Your Brain Not Your Fists
Concerns about One Punch, and off-the-ball incidents in our Games are increasing. Ulster GAA have developed an 18 minute-long video which utilises professional medical and legal testimony to increase awareness of the potentially serious and life-threatening consequences of One Punch. Club coaches, mentors, or anyone with an interest in our Games are encouraged to collectively show this video to their teams in order to remove any doubt about the seriousness of getting involved in One Punch and off-the-ball incidents.
