Organisation
- The players begin by lying down on their backs
- Lift the legs into the air and raise the hips supported by the hands
- Cycle the legs backwards and forwards
- Spread the legs wide in different directions
Key Points
- Place the elbows directly below the hands to increase support
- Make each movement at a slow steady pace
